We work with environmental companies

We partner with local environmental companies to ensure that your soil is not contaminated.

Soil Remediation

The main goal to perform soil remediation is to obtain a No Further Action (NFA) letter from the Department of Environmental Protection. After the inspected area has been remediated to below DEP action levels, a report will be generated for review by the DEP. Once DEP approves, an NFA letter will be sent to the responsible party. This effectively is a clean bill of health for the property.

Soil sampling can be requested or required on many scenarios such as:

  • Prior to the purchase of property
  • After the tank has been removed from the ground or abandoned in place
  • When the tank is known to have leaked

Need a new tank? Our technicians are here to help.

In many cases, buried or above ground oil tanks need replacement. A major reason behind this is aging. The need for replacement is because of insurance companies, mortgage companies, or new purchases of property. Such tanks are having a capacity of 500 gallons or less unless the tank is in a commercial setting.
